Description: This is a busy park and ride lot on Grand River Avenue, just east of Kensington Road. There's a dirt berm bordering the back of the lot; there are trails over the hill. The trail to the right goes to Island Lake Rec; mountain bikers park here and ride into the park. The trail to the left goes down to the river, where there are a few secluded spots for fun sex.
The lot is paved and fenced; a section of fence is open or very low in the far left corner, which leads to the path.
