Description: Public toilets are located opposite Tempe Recreation Reserve on Holbeach Ave. Most guys refer to this spot as 'Jets', as it's located near an art space by that name (and also a little go-cart track). There's plenty of free parking. You can sit in your car and easily and discreetly monitor who is entering the toilets. Various exit points via paths that wind through the park. Note: it is next to an off-leash dog walking enclosure, so people are walking around.
