  • Description: Boronia Rd carpark entry is closed (6/10/24).
"Koomba Carpark off Boronia Road is currently closed due to safety concerns and potential damage to vehicles. Do not enter. An alternative carpark is available off Mountain Highway, near the tennis club. "

You can park on the grass outside the gate, but there is only room for 4-5 vehicles. For more discreet parking, park opposite 8 Abbey Walk, Vermont. Follow the short walking track/boardwalk to take the footbridge across the creek. On the far side of the footbridge, turn right. Walk about 400m, following the bitumen path under the Boronia Road bridge. Then, after about 20 meters, take the wide gravel path on the left to the closed carpark. Total walk time: 5 to 10 mins.
If not concerned about parking someplace discreetly, or if carpark gates are open: At the north end of Koomba Park, enter via Boronia Road. Bushes on the left between the car park and the Freeway are very active. From the Boronia Road car park follow the track south, past the fork in the road, and look for the large wooded area near the water.

The left side of the car park is active for group action, whereas the right side is for some private fun.

This park has another entry in Mountain Hwy. The other side has more discreet places to fool around with and bigger parking spaces to maintain discretion and have a walk. Between Mountain Hwy Entry and Boronia Rd, entry is the Bird Hide where group action of different ages usually happens. When the car park in Boronia Rd entry gets full, use Mountain Hwy entry as an alternative.

This park does not have any toilet blocks or stalls. The only way to get action here is to go to the bushes and hide around the bush. Plenty of spots to hide. There has also been an increase of families, who are berry picking/mushroom hunting.
