Description: This is a basement washroom at the Rutherford Library. It closes at 6 pm and is of public access. Once you're at the Library, go to Rutherford South. You see a sign indicating the men's washroom, which is downstairs. Go there and wait for another guy at the urinals. Action is usually during the afternoon, but it happens on mornings too.
