Description: The shopping center has washrooms in the lower level which is only accessible from the glassed in area at the north end behind the bank The only shop downstairs is a shoe repair. The doors to the men's washroom are always open but there is lots of warning as you can hear someone coming down the escalator or coming in and out of the shoe repair because of a bell on the door. There are two urinals separated by a partition.
