Description: Southcott Pines is a high-end cottage subdivision, of about 600 cottages. It is built in the forest, which opens onto one of the most beautiful private beaches in the world. Just past the park bench, there is a path running off to the right. For those who want to frolic on the beach, this path goes there (it's about a 10-minute walk through the forest).
