When you enter the hotel, either take the stairs up one level and then walk past the elevators where you will see the washrooms. There is a men's washroom with fairly large stalls and a handicap washroom that can be locked from the inside.
Unless there is an event going on, this place is perfect for fun as no one will bother you. There is security, but they are not active at all.
