Description: A large, very dark and very busy, park.
The park has no lighting in it, so it's very difficult to see the faces of men you meet. This attracts mostly an older (50+) and unattractive crowd who would have a difficult time connecting with younger more selective guys that typically want to see the faces of who they're with.
The park could be a lot of fun if more young guys went, but there just aren't many guys under 50 who go anymore.
