The promoter is: Squirt.org, a brand of Pink Triangle Press, whose registered office is at 2 Carlton St, Toronto, ON, Canada, M5B 1J3.
The competition entitled “King Cock 2024” is open to all Squirt.org users who are 18 years of age or over except employees of Pink Triangle Press and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Closing date for rounds are as follows,
Round 1: Nominations (March 24, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST);
Round 2: Voting for Regional Winner (March 31, 2024 at 11:59 EST);
Round 3: Voting for Global Winner (April 7, 2024 at 11:59 EST).
After these dates no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: Users are allowed up to five (5) nominations each, wherein they may nominate themselves only once. There will be two voting periods, the first where users will vote for the top nominees within their own regions, and the second where users will vote for the top 10 finalists worldwide. Users will be redirected to a Survey Monkey form when nominating and voting. Instructions for participating in King Cock will be sent to all member's Squirt.org inboxes at the start of the competition period.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prize is as follows: one (1) grand winner will receive $500 USD, 12 months of free Fan Club Membership on Squirt.org valued. One (1) 2nd place winner will win USD $250, 6 months of Fan Club Membership. One (1) 3rd place winner will win USD $100, 6 months of Fan Club Membership. Seven (7) remaining finalists will win 2 (two) months of Fan Club Membership. Thirty (30) regional finalists will win 1 (one) month of Fan Club Membership. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Additional prizes may be awarded from third party sponsors of the King Cock competition. Squirt.org is not responsible for accurate prize delivery of any prizes provided by third party sponsors.
Additional opportunities to win free Fan Club Membership will be available throughout the King Cock Competition: 100 (one hundred) Squirt.org members who upload new public profile photos between March 8th - 14th will be randomly selected to win 1 (one) month of Fan Club Membership, and 10 (ten) members who nominate the eventual King Cock grand prize winner will be randomly selected to win 1 (one) month of Fan Club Membership. Winners will be selected at random and contacted after the competition period.
Winners will be chosen by the promoter based on popular vote and will reveal the winner publicly. Any additional entrants within the finalists may be revealed at the promoter’s discretion.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The finalists and winner agree to the use of their usernames and profile photos in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with promoter's current privacy policies and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Users must have a public profile with a profile photo for the duration of the competition. Users with a private profile photo at any point during the competition are not eligible to win.
