Description: Community location title 'The Blue Goose' (you'll see why). A layby northbound on the A12 approximately 1.5 miles from junction 25 (Marks Tey/A120 Stansted exit), very exposed during the day but with cover with parked high-sided lorries, fun achieved behind a hedge with access by SOS emergency phone stand, this location is more of a night time location but respectful fun can be had in cars/vans & lorry cabs or under the cover of darkness (must stress again). Parking for up to ten vehicles on the wide concrete footpath before/after the main parking area if occupied by lorries etc, but alternate (covert) parking can be had if you exit at junction 25 itself, immediately left (A120) and left again on Old London Road parallel with A12 by the Blue Goose Furniture Shop (CO6 1LJ), roadside parking starts past bellmouth in front of Marks Tey village hall leading all the way up to lay by on footpath, approximately 1-mile walk to lay by, alternate parking can be found in front of Marks Tey Motor Works/Trident Tyres (CO6 1EB) roadside and can be walked via access over Blue footbridge in around 10 minutes.
