Description: This toilet is located on the northeast corner of St James Park; it's adjacent to The Mall and Horse Guards Parade. It's located just inside the park. You have to pay 20p to access the toilet, and there's a change machine outside the entrance.
It is contactless payment. You need a credit card to get in. As I got a bit lost, it is on the complete opposite end of the park from the palace.
