Description: Christmas markets are here from mid November until Christmas Eve, so it’s even more of a no go.
Area is open again, however it is lit up quite brightly with the lights.
Lights are off after 11:00 pm.
The police bright lights have now been removed, but additional CCTV has been installed around the park, and sunlight is around the monuments and statues.
There is still a police presence which is likely to remain due to ASB and a recent attack. If you cruise here be extra careful
This city centre park is a popular cruising area. No shelter so weather specific but after the bars and clubs close it can become quite busy. Increasingly popular with taxi drivers. Very open, but a few seats to sit which cant be noticed by others unless they are walking through.
