Description: Large wooded area on the Chorlton side of the bank of the River Mersey, within the Mersey Valley Country Park. This place is a maze of winding paths, hidden bushes, and plenty of places for discreet action, especially in the summer. The woods run alongside the River Mersey and are easily accessed from the sale water park via the bridge at Jackson’s Boat Pub. See the map photo and head for anywhere within the red triangle.
