Description: Look for the Waikaraka Cycleway/Footpath sign.
Follow the pathway up and over the bridge. Go left at the first fence opening, and follow this down to the foreshore. There are a couple of discreet spots just where the path splits, heavy bushes with clear areas beneath. Maybe tie something to the bush to show you're interested, or to signal that you're there.
Walk out to the outcrop / “peninsula”
