The gym has four separate areas that are mixed. There is also a pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room which are also mixed.
You don't need to be a member to access it, you can pay for a day pass. There is a little tablet (sometimes it's not working) at both entrances to the hotel & you fit where you can enter your car registration if staying for a longer period.
