Description: The parking lots on both sides of Lowell are cruisey, but the lot on the east side seems more so. Many discreet areas in the trees off of the bike path to play. Lots of guys go into the trees north of the east lot where the waterfall is, just off the bike path. Lots of other trails and secluded areas too. Great place for outdoor play or car play.
