Description: Large public parking lot free after 5pm. Cruising spots are right when you enter the parking lot. Men in cars or sitting alone on seawall. There is an abandoned old restaurant right when you enter the parking lot and private behind it where they had an outdoor seating area and the rocks beyond it. After dark only. State police patrol the parking lot so need to be discrete going up the hill behind the restaurant but they don't get out of their cars just patrol the lot.
