Description: This is a bird sanctuary located at the west side side of Tobay Beach parking lot. As you enter the parking lot, you will see a road that goes off to the west south west side of the parking lot. You need a JFK sanctuary permit to drive down this road to get the parking lot for the sanctuary. Anyone can get the permit simply by going to the Tow of Oyster Bay municipal bldg. on route 107 in Massapequa ,NY. There is no charge for the permit.
