Description: Heritage Trail is a very nicely repaved joggers' road that goes under the overpasses following the Lackawanna River. Plenty of trails that go into the brush, and go behind pillars. Homeless camps are in some places so watch out but still a quiet area with most not under surveillance, under some overpasses there is but just watch what you're doing.
