Description: The beach is very cruisy during the day and well into the night. Guys hook up and use the adjacent wooded area for action. Occasional police patrols so use some discretion. Beach is actually between the lover's lane parking area and the Capitol Building. Look for the National Guard building on the main road into Old San Juan. Across the street is a park with a gazebo where guys cruise and a promenade along the cliff. You can see the beach below, but have to find one of several paths in the bushes to climb down to the beach. Never had a problem but many guys go at night and anything could happen. Access to beach areas depends on the tide and paths tend to change after heavy rains. Wear good shoes.
